ANALYSIS and OPINION
This is a video and post about an extremely disturbing government prosecution of a person lawfully in the United States. It involves torture albeit by a foreign power, but the torture should have been foreseen by the American government. It’s also a story about the Trump/Bondi contempt for the rule of law and the rulings of judges. It is an excellent example of the Trump administration’s move towards an extremely repressive government. It is very important to note, however that the federal government has contested the truthfulness of the allegations contained in the pleading filed by Garcia in the linked video below. This is an ongoing matter and readers/viewers are strongly advised to watch the news for updates regarding the hotly contested and very important Garcia case.
