We did this video in response to assertions by former New York Governor Cuomo and Judge Judy that the hush money cases in which a jury unanimously found that former President Trump was guilty of 34 felonies.

[EDITOR’s NOTE and CORRECTION: Although this video concludes with the statement that Justice Thomas should be impeached, that remedy my not be possible under existing law due largely to the current gift rules (or lack thereof) applicable to Supreme Court Justices. Thus, there is obviously an overwhelming need for the Supreme Court to adopt more stringent ethical rules and if it does not do so, Congress should consider significantly reducing funding for the Supreme Court. Moreover, Congress should consider doing the same thing if Justice Thomas does not resign. Legal or not, there is simply no excuse for a Justice of the Supreme Court to accept millions of dollars of gifts, especially from donors who are politically connected. Attorney’s and judges were taught in law school that the ethical canons of many states prohibit any conduct which has the mere appearance of impropriety. Justice Thomas should know better.
