FAIR PAY REDUCE WEALTH GAP

Regarding Rao’s Solution:
At the present time I am only considering offers to buy all rights of every kind to Rao’s Solution (herein the “book”) (including movie and video rights). With the narrow exception of the situation noted below, I am not considering any kind of marketing service related offers by smaller publishers, literary agents, or anyone else. Offers to buy said rights that are below $250,000 are unacceptable. The window to make an offer will stay open until May 1, 2026. No final contract to buy said rights in the book shall be enforceable unless in writing and signed by all parties including the author. Until such written contract is duly executed this invitation to negotiate may be revoked at any time for any reason by the author without notice.
Narrow exception: I will also consider offers by large established publishers to market my book that do not involve any cash outlay or expense on my part. (Meaning that any services by such publisher would be compensated on a commission or percentage of book sales basis only.)
Naturally, the foregoing does not mean that anyone cannot purchase any quantity of the book and/or the audiobook that they desire.
