Originally this post was for only Part 2 of our novel (in audiobook form) dealing with struggle on several levels. East versus West, he versus she love triangles and espionage activities of the U.S. in connection with Chinese interests in the Panama Canal. However it’s main purpose is the point out a little discussed fundamental reason for the increasing wealth gap between rich and poor and to come up with a way to pay people more fairly.
