Elon Musk and Tesla can’t stay out of the news. Tesla has apparently approved a pay package that, over a ten year period, will make Musk a trillionaire. Which, yet again, points to the rise of oligarchy and the unfairness of pay for workers. There’s an infinitely better way to do things than what Tesla just did that would address a number of important issues. We illustrate the point by showing what would happen under the formula for fairer pay set out in Rao’s Solution, a novel written by the owner of this website.
Then there’s Trump attacks on Venezuelan boats. That whole situation is getting more and more complicated and dangerous by the second. Bottom line: Are the Russians, the Chinese or someone else going to get involved? Is this really about oil, more than drugs?
We also make a closing remark regarding the fact that our border states including Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California and others need more federal assistance in handling immigrants. The flood of immigration is a national problem and border states shouldn’t be the only ones to shoulder it.

at only 1 percent Thus MPP = 0.01

There are 125,000 Tesla employees

Solve for MUSK pay = X; then
Solve for Minimum Pay per Worker = Y

MUSK gets “only” $799,360, 511.59
(almost $800 million)
All other (125,000) employees get
$7,993,605.12 each
(almost $8 million)
