Weight Loss, Exercise and Running

Everyone wants to lose weight.   Can you feast and overindulge.  Can the elderly still stay active? Here’s one way to do it. …from someone who is….let’s just say…older than 59….  A diet that is very easy to understand.  It allows for an indulgent “feast” day.  But one must be willing to fast as well.  Moderate exercise is recommended ….although this video discusses the earliest phase of training for a marathon.  Not to worry, if you aren’t up for Marathon training, this diet still works.

CAUTION:  YOU MUST CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ENGAGING IN THIS (or ANY OTHER) DIET OR EXERCISE PROGRAM.  Folks who have significant health issues and/or the elderly may well be at risk of serious HARM, INJURY OR DEATH if not first cleared by a doctor to allow them to follow this or any particular diet or exercise program.
